Well its been about a month since I blogged last. Harper turned two months old on July 23. She weighed 12 lbs at her 2 month appointment so she is big girl.
We went to my parents' cabin for 4th of July at Candlewood Lake. Carson got in the lake and floated for the first time ever. Carson has been such a fish this summer. He swims all by himself (with his life jacket on of course) in his Grandma Gina's pool and he even started jumping off the diving board this month. It's crazy what a big boy he is.
Harper started smiling and cooing in the last month. She loves anyone who will make faces at her. She is starting to be a lot more alert during the day. She is still a great sleeper at night (7 or 8 hours straight!) so we can't complain! She is such a sweet baby and we love her so much :)
Jeff and I are starting to settle into having two kids. It's definitely harder to run around and do errands with two but we are learning. Hopefully it will get easier with time.
